:: FEATURES ::

Many of the sports features we produce contain no narration, allowing the subjects and
supporting video to tell the story. The following features embrace this approach and are
representative of the variety of subjects we have tackled in the past few years.

Wireless Mic Feature – Blaise MacDonald, UMass-Lowell

This is a behind the scenes look at a college hockey coach and his team on game night with shots from inside the locker room and on the bench, capturing the excitement, energy and drama before, during, and after a game.

Lindsay is an aspiring singer and in this feature, we asked her to step away from the basketball floor and do a little singing for the camera.

Travis Roy

In October, 1995, Travis Roy suffered a spinal cord injury eleven seconds into his college hockey career at Boston University. Now, over 10 years later, Travis raises awareness about spinal injuries by telling his story to groups throughout New England and beyond. We caught up to him at the Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation facility in New Hampshire, where you could hear a pin drop during his riveting 45-minute speech. In this feature, Travis shares not only his story but a recipe for a successful and fulfilling life.
